* Replaced the vm_get_physical_page() "flags"

Browse Source 
PHYSICAL_PAGE_{NO,CAN}_WAIT into an actual flag
  PHYSICAL_PAGE_DONT_WAIT.
* Pass the flags through to the chunk mapper callback.
