Patch by Vasilis Kaoutsis (slightly edited):

* The POSIX test suite is copied to the image when the jam variable
  HAIKU_ADD_POSIX_TEST_SUITE_TO_IMAGE is defined (cf. UserBuildConfig.sample).
* Added difftime and fork tests to the test suite run script.
