DriveSetup: minor GUI string changes
* Use B_TRANSLATE_SYSTEM_NAME in BAlert title.
* Put filenames in quotes when spaces in filename could be
confusing.
* Avoid a space at the endof a string where it could be overlooked
("Error:").
