Class renaming:

UserFileSystem -> FileSystem
  UserVolume -> Volume
  KernelUserFileSystem -> BeOSKernelFileSystem
  KernelUserVolume -> BeOSKernelVolume

The BeOSKernel* classes are indeed intended to handle FS implementations
that use the (old) BeOS FS interface. We'll see how well that will work.
