Ugh, forgot to check this in quite a while ago:
If the view doesn't have a tool tip, pass the B_MOUSE_IDLE to the next handler, so the parent view can show a tool tip. This makes tool tips in a column list view possible (or at least reasonably easy). git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@33902 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
