ProcessController: swap drawing of (system) committed and cached memory.

The menu item starts with: "System resources & caches..." but then it
wrote fCachedMemory before fCommittedMemory.

Swapping them seems more in line with how the rest of the "Memory usage"
menu is presented as well.
