Fix build of pkgman with gcc2.

* I have no idea why, but gcc2 considers BSolverRepository* and
  PackageManager::InstalledRepository* as distinct pointer types, which
  it doesn't like to compare without a cast. Circumvent by static 
  casting to BSolverRepository*.
