According to the BeBook, BListView passes the flags unchanged to the BView
constructor. This means we have to provide B_FRAME_EVENTS ourselves, if we want don't want to enforce this in the BListView code. This fixes ticket #5081 (Attribute list view scrollbar not maintained when window size changes). git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@34498 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
