Patch by Philippe Saint-Pierre:

* Implemented RLE compression for the boot splash images, resulting in
  smaller kernel and boot loader.
* Only the boot loader contains the RLE compressed images, the decompressed
buffer for the icons is passed to the kernel via kernel args.
