Rewrote url parsing (unfinished)
Added several url types. Now it handles: ftp, sftp, telnet, ssh, finger, sh, file, beshare (to BeShare), mms, rtp, rtsp (to VLC). Some make probably more sense to add to the respective apps (BeShare, VLC...) but it's still handy for now.
Now please everyone go fix your apps to use generic url support instead of hardcoding http: :)

Currently supported are telnet:, ssh: and ftp:. Now you should be able to click telnet://towel.blinkenlights.nl on a webpage or in Vision :)
TODO: Jamfile; handle ":port" in urls.

tested on Qemu with aslcompiler.l => it takes more than 1m30s here, and shows a bottleneck in the kernel (the use of pipes)

This way 'open application/x-vnd.Be-NPOS foo.html' would work as expected,
instead of opening NetPos and open the file in the default browser.

screen is now working as expected.
* Only remove DPMS runners when the time is actually supported (previous code would
not have always worked correctly in case the graphics card would not support all
DPMS modes).

* Fixed a bug in the settings that caused updated settings to be appended to the
existing ones (missing BMessage::MakeEmpty()).
* Started services system, doesn't do anything useful yet (inetd replacement).
* Fixed the bug that caused the loopback default netmask to be incorrectly chosen;
removed the temporary fix Bruno introduced before. The same bug has been in
ifconfig where I copied the code from (but wrote it there, too) :-).

* Added an "owner" field that stores the team which created the socket (for netstat only);
we would need a different storage for SIGURG if we ever want to support that.
* Improved netstat address output: now prints "*" instead of INADDR_ANY.

* The subdirectory is called "libtelnet" instead of "telnet" (as usual), since telnetd
expects some headers to be found in libtelnet/ (which I could have changed as well,
just in case you very much prefer telnet/).
* I needed to disable some stuff to make it compile, and it's absolutely not tested,
so it might as well not work yet.
