John Scipione e32d782cb4 Tracker: Allow draggable container icon on Root, Trash and Printers
Use new DraggableContainerIcon name when invalidating icon.

Create a ShouldHaveDraggableFolderIcon() method on BContainerWindow
to consolidate the gating logic to a method.

We alert if you try and copy, move or create link to any of these
directories, however you may drag the icon in some instances such as
to change the directory in a file panel or to open the directory up
in FileTypes. You may create a link to the printers directory.

Set the Printer icon on the printers directory.

Fixes #3385

Tracker: Disks menu in CountView

* Open Disks directory on click.
* Skip volumes with no capacity (e.g. system, config) from
Root and Desktop menus (still shown in Home and volumes though).
* No Trash on volumes, add only to Desktop.
* Declare some variables outside loop.
* Rename originatingWindow to source.

Augustin Cavalier cbfbbf6d4d Change BObjectList to take "owning" as a template parameter and adjust all consumers.
Since BObjectList is a template class, this only breaks ABI where
BObjectList was exposed in public methods, and even then it's only
a name mangling break and we should be able to add compatibility
methods if necessary.

(The old "bool owning" member variable is left intact for ABI
compatibility, for the moment, though it's otherwise unused now.)

Tracker's PoseList is the only remaining type that has a "bool owning"
switch in the constructor rather than template parameters.

This should significantly improve the output of static code analysis
tools that previously detected list operations as causing use-after-frees
and double-frees, as well as make code maintenance easier by making it
easier to determine what list owns (or does not own) an object.
It should also be a minor performance optimization, since the branches
for calls to delete/free should now be optimized out altogether.

Still boots to desktop and Tracker, Deskbar, Debugger all tested
and verified as working.

John Scipione 49d3b2a142 Tracker: Fixup hardcoded values for ModelMenuItem padding
This is to make BMenuBar and BMenu margins the same.

The hardcoded menu item margin numbers come from this math on what the
BMenu and BMenuBar item margins respectively used to be a long time ago:
14 - 8 = 6 // for left margin
(14 + 20) - (8 + 8) = 18 // for left + right margin

We have since updated these margins so they need to be recalculated.
Use BPrivate::MenuPrivate to get the new margin deltas.

IconMenuItem and ModelMenuItem classes are used by Tracker add-ons and
those can be in the menu bar as well.

Augustin Cavalier 8e8c7a073f Tracker: Reimplement BSlowContextPopup as BPopUpNavMenu.
BSlowContextPopup was mostly a duplicate class of BNavMenu
only on top of BPopUpMenu instead of BMenu. Now, BPopUpNavMenu
just subclasses BNavMenu and adds the few features of BPopUpMenu
neccessary.

Drag-and-drop of files using the pop-up nav menu seems to still work fine.

Tracker reads in the message and finds the window that the refs are located in,
activates it, then selects the corresponding poses scrolling the pose view
if necessary.

Rene Gollent 9335e141ba Fix crash when dragging files onto nav menus.
- BNavMenu now keeps its own copy of the cached types list that's passed to it.
In some circumstances it could happen that the container window would
delete the list and consequently the nav menu would wind up with a pointer
to an invalid object. Probably a regression from the async mouse tracking
  rewrites.

Rene Gollent 782fbf00a7 Overlooked this with my previous Trash-related changes: updated NavMenu to be
behaviorally in sync - it now hides the root volume Trash dir like PoseView,
and adds the Trash entry as needed when navigating down the Desktop.

Rene Gollent f4dc59983b Partially implement ticket #4916:
- Rename "Configure Favorites..." to "Edit Favorites...".
	- Remove the old-style Configure Favorites dialog in favor of simply
opening the favorites folder (~/config/settings/Tracker/go) in a
Tracker window for the user to manipulate.
	- Rename the "Favorite Folders" section to simply "Favorites" as files
are also allowed (i.e. to easily open a template document).
 	- Removed completely arbitrary (and silent) 20 item limit to favorites
 	  list.
 	- Automatic whitespace cleanup
Still to do: Grab the ref filter from the file panel (if any) and run the
favorites through it as well, since we want to filter out any non-folder
favorites that the app is incapable of handling. Also, the setting for
the favorites menu to show recent documents needs a new home, as it was
previously in the no longer existing Configure Favorites window. Suggestions
welcome, as I'm not currently seeing a spot in the Tracker prefs that would
make good sense.

Stephan Aßmus a682d9819f Quite a cleanup action to avoid polluting the global namespace with private
BTextView classes:

* Declared the directly used BTextView helper classes as private BTextView
classes and changed all affected files.
* Realized that Tracker's BPoseView was (accidentally?) using what used to
be _BWidthBuffer_. It had declared it's own class with the same name and
same members/size in headers/private/tracker/TextViewSupport.h, but the
implementation was nowhere to be found. I can only explain this that
the BTextView implementation was then actually linked and used. But the big
problem was that it was used without locking (unlike in BTextView)! When
many Tracker windows opened during system startup or later and they happened
to each request characters not yet in the cache, I imagine things could have
gone bad and corrupted memory. Anyways, since I can see the usefulness of
the cache, BPoseView uses BTextView::WidthBuffer on purpose now. And I moved
  the locking inside BTextView::WidthBuffer::StringWidth().
* Adjusted InterfaceDefs.cpp accordingly.
* TODO: Move subsequent classes into BTextView namespace as well, ie derived
classes that BTextView doesn't directly know about. All stuff in src/kits/
   inteface/textview_support/
* Added preliminary and not yet implemented layout friendly BTextView
  constructors.
* I will try to handle the insets imposed by BTextView::fTextRect a bit
differently when used inside the new layout management framework. For this,
I added BTextView::SetInsets() and GetInsets(). SetInsets() doesn't do
  anything yet.

So far, everything seems to work still... ;-)
