Ingo Weinhold 7e3ac9f35f Changed return value of read_port[_etc] from status_t to ssize_t. That's not how it is declared in R5, but it is what actually is returned.

Axel Dörfler f753d9c494 Updated to export all the functionality we need from within the kernel 
and the boot loader.
When compiled in the kernel, driver settings are cached and may be used
without disk access at all.
Added some comments.

Axel Dörfler 62ceb50f43 Refactored fs_open_query() calls a bit - there is no only one internal 
implementation that the two public functions call.
Adapted to the changes to _kern_open_query().
Minor cleanup.

Axel Dörfler e96f985d95 fs_read_attr() and fs_write_attr() transferred bytes from/to the provided 
file descriptor, not from/to the attribute...
Added ToDo comment about eventually adding syscalls for these functions.

Axel Dörfler fc4ff6bda0 Renamed systeminfo.c to system_info.c - also replaced the (broken) get_cpuid() 
implementation by a syscall. Moved cpuid.S to src/kernel/core/arch/x86.

Axel Dörfler 4cd43d200d Removed R5 compatibility stuff, as it's not needed in our libroot. 
Moved test main() into separate file under tests/.

Axel Dörfler 397e7db6df Brought the userland time initialization into more or less final shape: 
- renamed setup_rtc_boottime() to __init_time()
- __init_time() is now initialized at libroot.so startup
- introduced new __arch_init_time() that does the arch dependent stuff,
  for now it just sets the system_time() conversion factor (that's the
  part that will change later on)
- os/time.c now keeps a pointer to the real_time_data around, not only
  to the boot time - maybe we'll it for other stuff as well later.

Axel Dörfler ffc27ddbe7 fs_mount_volume() changed the order of arguments to be more intuitive. 
Removed the fs_initialize_volume() function, as it's probably not going
to be needed.

Ingo Weinhold 6fec58934a We automatically generate what information are available from syscalls.h, 
which from now on relieves us from the duty to maintain syscalls.S and
syscalls.c manually. Either includes a generated file.
