At present, it can boot TinyCore Linux to a GUI, but a Haiku
image reaches the rocket before crashing with an NVMM error,
when tested under nested virtualization in VMware. (It seems
my Intel device is a few generations too old and doesn't have
all required features, so I wasn't able to test there.) So,
some more work is still required, it seems.
* VMUserAddressSpace & VMTranslationMap64Bit will need to be inherited from.
* vm_soft_fault & vm_unmap_address_range will need to be invoked directly.
* map_backing_store will need to be invoked directly. The whole concept
of "backing stores" is long merged into VMCache anyway, so at the
same time, just rename the method to "vm_map_cache".
Methods added to the internal vm_priv.h; they should not be needed
except in special circumstances.
Previously this would just load an empty page,
this is not very usefull...
Instead use this opurtunity to show users that the
goButton belongs to the input bar by marking it
as invalid when the url bar is empty

Some systems need embedded controller access during their _INIs,
so we need to use the ECDT to initialize the embedded controller

Since we can now initialize the EC during ACPI module init, we can't go through

This provides more intuitive behavior when writing drivers: a hook that
does nothing and returns an error should be the same as not setting the

Also, it allows the hook to fail only on some cursors (for example if
there are size or colorspace limitations in what the driver/hardware
can handle).

It's possible for the EC to disable burst mode (maybe because
we're taking too long and it's impatient) before we check
the status register to see if burst mode is enabled. If that
happens, we consider the burst enable command to have failed,
even though it succeeded and put EC_BURST_ACK in the data register.
So, the next time we read the data register for a subsequent
command, we'll read that EC_BURST_ACK.
