Augustin Cavalier d26ab46206 BQuery: Add SetFlags() method.
It can be used to set flags on the query, same as fs_open_query()'s
flags parameter.

fLive had 3 bytes of padding after it, so this doesn't break ABI.

Augustin Cavalier 7e740f61ac kernel & file_systems: Overhaul query attribute change notifications.
* Introduce notify_query_entry_moved to the fs_interface API.

axeld added a hook to the query parser (then in BFS) in hrev34317
to directly handle moves/renames, but just sent notifications for
it as B_ENTRY_REMOVED + B_ENTRY_CREATED (which is in fact the same
exact thing BeOS R5 did, I tested). We need to preserve that ABI/API,
unless flags that didn't exist on BeOS R5 are set.

 * Rework notify_query_attr_changed to notify_query_attribute_changed.
This method is Haiku-specific (it was added in hrev39131), but it
wasn't very useful: it only sent the name of the file, not the name
   of the attribute that changed.

It now sends the name of the attribute along with an "int32 cause",
   same as notify_attribute_changed does.

 * Rename the private flag B_ATTR_CHANGE_NOTIFICATION to B_QUERY_WATCH_ALL.
This better describes what it does (it's analogous to the B_WATCH_ALL
node_monitor flag). Probably we should make it public at some point...
(although probably at a lower value.)

 * Overhaul QueryParser notifications logic to implement WATCH_ALL
properly, make use of the new and improved notification methods,
   and to deduplify some logic.

This makes it possible to use queries with B_QUERY_WATCH_ALL
in a similar fashion to watching a directory node with B_WATCH_CHILDREN,
avoiding the need to watch every single node individually.

Augustin Cavalier c6f736315a BSlider: Copy the UpdateText inside UpdateTextChanged.
We can't rely on it not changing between calls, especially as
MaxUpdateTextWidth() changes the value and re-gets it, and
that's called at the end of this method always. So we need to
keep our own copy rather than using the one that's owned by
the subclass.

John Scipione 5ee786c31f Interface Kit: Fix missing Alt key in menu shortcuts
The shortcut detection was working, just not the display of the
modifiers in the menu. I've added back the necessary code to fix
this in BMenuItem.

BWindow does the heavy lifting of preparing the keys and
modifiers. I have changes _FindShortcut() used by BMenuItem to
send the prepared modifiers back to BMenuItem.

Set the parameters raw in the constructor, they will get fixed
up in Install().

I also make sure to use the prepped version of the key and mods
in BWindow::AddShortcut() to remove the old one. This is a minor
update that eliminates an edge failure case of malformed input.

Fixes #19395 a regression from hrev58589.

Augustin Cavalier cbfbbf6d4d Change BObjectList to take "owning" as a template parameter and adjust all consumers.
Since BObjectList is a template class, this only breaks ABI where
BObjectList was exposed in public methods, and even then it's only
a name mangling break and we should be able to add compatibility
methods if necessary.

(The old "bool owning" member variable is left intact for ABI
compatibility, for the moment, though it's otherwise unused now.)

Tracker's PoseList is the only remaining type that has a "bool owning"
switch in the constructor rather than template parameters.

This should significantly improve the output of static code analysis
tools that previously detected list operations as causing use-after-frees
and double-frees, as well as make code maintenance easier by making it
easier to determine what list owns (or does not own) an object.
It should also be a minor performance optimization, since the branches
for calls to delete/free should now be optimized out altogether.

Still boots to desktop and Tracker, Deskbar, Debugger all tested
and verified as working.

1e2091ced5 Interface Kit: Add support for shortcuts w/o Command
Introduce B_NO_COMMAND_KEY modifier that is used when a
shortcut has no Command modifier, otherwise B_COMMAND_KEY
modifier is added.

This is conceptually different from B_NO_MODIFIERS in that it
allows other modifiers such as B_CONTROL_KEY, B_SHIFT_KEY and
B_OPTION_KEY to be added to a shortcut, but not B_COMMAND_KEY.

This option is required to remove B_COMMAND_KEY because the
Command modifier is assumed to be present on all shortcuts.
This allows us to break this assumption without breaking apps
written before this change and assume B_COMMAND_KEY to be
present even if it has not been explictly added.

Document B_NO_COMMAND_KEY in BMenuItem and BWindow docs.

Augustin Cavalier 2c9560581b Debug Kit: Restore support for symbol lookup by remote memory access.
It's been broken since clone_area was changed to block cloning of
areas without B_CLONEABLE_AREA set on them. We here introduce a
B_DEBUG_MESSAGE_CLONE_AREA debug nub message, which clones the areas
of the debugged team for the debugger.

Also fix some bugs in SymbolLookup::_FindLoadedImageAt methods:
they didn't work properly when *next was NULL, so they would
always fail when iterating over the full list.

Note that this technically breaks libdebug.so and the debugger
protocol ABI. However, nothing out-of-tree that I know of uses
the private libdebug.so, and while GDB does use the debugger
protocol, it doesn't actually use any of the messages past
the first block, so it should still work after this.

The previous implementation allocated and freed event objects
on every insertion and removal using malloc()/free(). It was also
licensed under a "distributions in binary form must reproduce ...

So, this is a rewrite from scratch. It uses the standard

but that hopefully won't be an issue anyway.

Augustin Cavalier 5c1f231967 Rename B_MTR_* constants to "something more meaningful".
The names chosen (e.g. "B_UNCACHED_MEMORY") follow the existing naming
conventions for memory-related constants, of putting the type at the end
of the name: B_KERNEL_BLOCK_ADDRESS, B_FULL_LOCK, B_READ_AREA, etc.

Resolves a very old TODO. No functional change intended.

X512 2141d2fe3a input: fix KEY_power key code conflict with japanese \_ key
- This key code is inherited from BeOS, where it was used for the power
  key on Apple ADB keyboards
- Since then, we have introduced a new system for "multimedia" keys,
that uses HID key codes directly instead of defining our own mappings
- The PS2 driver was using the HID keycode, but the USB driver was still
  using the BeOS defined one
- Japanese keyboards, which have a few more keys than US and European
ones, reused the same keycode for something else

Since the power key does not need to be mapped by the keymap, move it
out of the way by using the HID keycode (key codes larger than 0x7f
cannot be mapped to UTF8 symbols). Remove all mentions of the use of
0x6b as a keycode for the power key, but add a note in the documentation
that BeOS did this.

To avoid further confusions, complete the documentation of extra
keycodes, and remove some definitions from keyboard_mouse_driver.h that
should have been in InterfaceDefs.h.

While researching this, I also found that some keys specific to Korean
keyboards were declared in the wrong place, as mapped codes instead of
unmapped ones (checked that by looking at the HID driver, which emits
these raw keycodes, and confirming that the mapped ones are not used in
any keymaps. Also added a note about the mapping of the extra modifier
keys in Japanese keyboards, which I think may be a problem since these
map to invalid UTF-8 byte sequences, but this is what the existing
keymap does, so leaving it as is for now until we can determine if this
can be changed or if we have to keep it that way.

Augustin Cavalier ffc1a5219d runtime_loader: Add support for DT_GNU_HASH.
This is an alternative to DT_HASH (SystemV/SVR4 hash tables.) Notably,
it uses a Bloom filter to allow an entire image to be skipped
at once rather than searching the actual symbol hash.

We don't currently build anything with DT_GNU_HASH support.
You can test this by adding -Wl,--hash-style=both to HAIKU_LINKFLAGS.
(It seems to increase image sizes by not too much: libroot goes
from 1347139 to 1367691 bytes (20.55 KB) in my build.)
