beveloper 673bc6b1e1 It's no longer needed to link Media preferences against 
the Haiku libmedia.so, the R5 and Zeta libmedia.so is
good enough. No private Haiku functions are used.

Matthew Wilber 239f85ff46 Beginnings of refactoring. Removed unnessecary member variables, removed commented out code, renamed some member v 
ariables to meet style guidelines, fixed icon repainting by moving icon drawing to its own BView class. Still need
to check for more unnessecary member variables, fix more style issues and resolve behavior differences between the
 Haiku and Be versions of this preference panel.
