Michael Lotz 69353f3c4c Added ColorControl.cpp to the build. Also enabled PrintJob.cpp again, it doesn't break anything, why was it disabled? Sample applications can now be compiled unmodified using libopenbeos.so.

Ingo Weinhold d7037cbd2c Now, we support a value of 0 for the RUN_WITHOUT_APP_SERVER variable in the libbe Jamfile. In makehdimage we don't override the variable's value, if it is already set anymore. This conveniently allows to set it to 0 in a wrapper script that invokes makehdimage -- no need to change makehdimage itself.

Michael Lotz cd970020cb Implement the BWindow::task_loop again. I know that this is code duplication, but look at 
the TODO item for an explanation. We could do this as a hack in Looper.cpp though.
Also implement the determine_target function (incomplete).

Ifdeffed R5 specific stuff so DirectWindow.cpp and WindowScreen.cpp compile on
haiku too. That doesnt' mean they work there though.
This introduced some warnings which I didn't fix, as they'll go away later.

Axel Dörfler dfb8cfea3f Fixed some obvious bugs: B_GET_PROPERTY shouldn't enter the debugger fow unknown 
properties; it should pass on to the next handler (and only if there is none
reply with a B_MESSAGE_NOT_UNDERSTOOD).
Those B_MESSAGE_NOT_UNDERSTOOD are no longer the answer to a B_MESSAGE_NOT_UNDERSTOOD
message anymore, as this lead to an endless loop (for example when starting the
media_server).
Added some ToDo comments - someone please check what has to be done and fill it
out some more.

Ingo Weinhold 0a064776ae Added the beginnings of a small private API for debug support. 
Entirely implemented on top of the public <debugger.h> API, but more
convenient to use. Lives in a separate library libdebug.so.

Stefano Ceccherini 5040785e7d BChannelControl::SetAllValue() didn't take limits into account. Horizontal sliders now at least are drawn correctly, even if they don't work well. Added a temporary visual hint of where's the bitmap frame. Enhanced a bit the drawing of the groove.

Stefano Ceccherini b9b6724617 The primary mouse button selects channels together, and the secondary mouse button selects them individually, and not the opposite as I had thought. Channels couldn't be moved together anyway: fixed. 
Fixed a couple dozens of drawing problems (like multiple channels not drawn in the right place) and implemented the needed scripting functionalities into MessageReceived().

Stefano Ceccherini 20c7c2f958 Testing BChannelSlider showed that BChannelControl's implementation had some issues: 
1. StuffValues returned B_BAD_INDEX for legal values. Fixed.
2. SetAllValue was needed. Implemented.
3. The constructor used memset() to initialize an array of int32 to 100. YUCK! That's a novice mistake (and that's my fault, obviously). Fixed.

Stefano Ceccherini 41d64d6792 Looks like I _HAD_ screwed something. Fixed some wrong stuff about printjob's settings, implemented more functions. Communication with the print_server should be ok, and also settings. Now comes the hard part: setting up the spool file. Any hint ?

Stefano Ceccherini 2f197f3340 BHandler::MessageReceived handles also B_GET_SUPPORTED_SUITES as it should, and prints the message to the stream if it doesn't understand it. Restyled the function to follow our guidelines (more or less).
