Kevin Adams c21dc49cbb printers: remove "Save as PDF" printer queue ...

Haiku current has a "Save as PDF" printer queue, but that does not make
sense becuase the PDF Writer driver does not ship with Haiku (it's in
haikuports). This causes confusion for the users.

I will update the haikuports PDFWriter package to create the queue on install.

Fixes #20110.
