This reverts commit 902921a554.
This broke resolution of CNAMEs, including the Haiku package repos.
Since pkgman uses our own HTTP implementation, which doesn't set
AI_V4MAPPED at all, this shouldn't have been a behavioral change for
it at all, much less having broken it.
