Resolved the name clashing caused by the introduction of atomic_set() and
atomic_test_and_set() to the OpenBeOS headers (prefixed BFS versions with '_'). git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/trunk/current@4446 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
