kernel/x86: Replace homegrown memcpy & memset with NetBSD's.
FreeBSD also uses NetBSD's versions (with their own modifications, however.) So it seems to make sense for us to adopt these, too; they look to be better tuned than ours were (like handling non-aligned addresses better, which was a TODO before.)
