media_kit: General maintainance

* Move !missing_symbols.cpp in the legacy directory.
* Move useless methods in a Deprecated.cpp file.
* SetRealtimeFlags / GetRealtimeFlags are useless, they
don't make sense nowadays.
* The symbols are anyway preserved.
