* Made BTwoDimensionalLayout and BSplitLayout::GetInsets() const.

* Give access to BSplitLayout::SetInsets() and GetInsets() from BSplitView.
* Give access to BSplitView::SetInsets() from BSplitLayoutBuilder and
  LayoutBuilder.
* Some automatic white-space cleanup.
