* Added KILL_SIGNALS, a signal mask for SIGKILL + SIGKILLTHR.

* Removed SIGKILLTHR from BLOCKABLE_SIGS.
* Made header C++ safe.
* Added function is_kill_signal_pending(), returning true, if a
  SIGKILL[THR] is pending for the current thread.
