Revamped the screensaver filter
It currently uses the R5 screen_blanker It monitors screensaver settings, and screen_blanker run by ScreenSaver prefs git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@13859 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
