- Added/moved ddm string-length and buffer-size constants to DiskDeviceDefs.h
- Converted all uses of B_{FILE,OS}_NAME_LENGTH in ddm_userland_interface.cpp
to appropriate ddm constants.
- Made module names B_PATH_NAME_LENGTH long.
