Added filtering. Commented now former unused addon code.
We now load and manage device and filter addons successfully. Tested with nervous and InputRecorder devices and InputRecorder filter. git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/trunk/current@8626 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
