* Hashing semantics for the new build repositories are different than
the old ones, so update those (if the x86 build was not broken before
it is now...)

from the default images, as they are rarely used nowadays and would pull
in a bunch of dependencies we don't really care for either)
* Removed lib:libqrencode from Haiku package requires (qrencode_kdl is a
static library, the userland libqrencode is not used anywhere in the tree,
as far as I can tell)
* Fix build of JPEG2000 translator after update
* Decouple fluidsynth build machinery and remove from image now that it
is no longer used
* Update repository URL in Repositories preflet
x86 is unaffected, as already mentioned. This breaks the build,
but since this diff was large, I wanted to have the functionality
changes be clear, so they are in the next commit.
This is essentially the replacement for "jam upload-packages" --
it goes through a directory of packages (intended to be one made by
buildmaster), picks the packages out of it that are in the repository
file passed to it, and then hardlinks them to a second directory
as well as updates the repository file and creates a package_repo.
This is what was used to mass-modify the repository files which
will be updated in the next commit.
The packages that remain are only the ones used somewhere in Jam
(including ones off by default, e.g. Wonderbrush, Live555.)
The x86 repo is untouched as it is being phased out and has no buildmaster-
generated equivalent.
It was trying to use $(feature:U) outside of the loop where it is
actually set. Thanks to PulkoMandy for spotting the problem.

Found by Coverity.
Under normal conditions this will behave identically. But when using LD_PRELOAD
or the like, some shared objects (and dependencies) are loaded before the
app image is, and on the secondary arch on hybrid builds, will fail to load
any of their dependencies due to sSearchPathSubDir not being set.
Fixes#12214, which had plagued users of libroot_debug for a long time now.
At present, does not work (it fails to properly set up interrupts,
resulting in thousands of unhandled ones which all but grinds the system
to a halt) but this at least is some progress.
This should have been done along with the time_t change, but I forgot
to check this then.
Technically this breaks ABI against BeOS, but:
1. BeOS used an int32, so we'd already slightly broken ABI here
2. Only one thing at HaikuArchives (VMwareAddons) and one recipe at HaikuPorts
(samba) uses this function at all.
If it turns out some critical BeOS app uses this, then I guess we can enclose
GCC2 guards around it, but since I can't find any evidence of that, I'm
pushing it without them for now.
The only thing of any real use in this directory was the Be Newsletter
article, and the objdump from BeOS R5 (at least I guess that's what it is...)
so I kept those.
As far as I can tell, these functions were "added" because they appear
in a symbols dump from R5. Nothing calls them, they don't do anything,
and they do not appear in R5 headers.
This reverts commit 2960780faa.
Sorry for the noise; I thought I'd run a compile but apparently it was
only a partial one.
It seems that the netboot core is linked into the main bootloader
no matter the build configuration, which means that since this one
function was called, the linker tried to resolve all the other symbols
from that static library. Which of course failed.

Was nothing but a slightly-stripped version of the nvidia driver,
not touched substantially in nearly 10 years, and the cards it was
originally going to support (but never got anywhere near so) have long since
been deprecated.
All of its prior functionality has been moved into HaikuControlLook.
This paves the way for customizeable control looks, which I intend to implement
in the future as part of decorators.
This is being pushed now because libbe ABI was already broken due to the
Notifications changes, so this is riding that so we only have to do a mass
rebuild once.
This was originally instated back in 2013, but was reverted then
due to #9636 because most other systems did not yet recognize that
terminal type.
Nowadays, nearly all Linux terminals specify themselves as being
"xterm-256color" by default, so reinstating this should be fine.
No longer used by anything (it appears some old kernel drivers that
are not included in the build might use it, but I don't know why
they need it -- we already ship GPL'd code [libntfs] for the kernel
in the default build unconditionally.)
Briefly discussed with js a few weeks back.
We're still using the (now-deprecated) coreutils su, so this is
a replacement for that. It functions almost equivalently,
and supports the major arguments (-l, -c).
(Note that login/su to a non-root user is presently busted, though.
See #13583.)

Nothing in the Mail Kit proper uses OpenSSL directly anymore
(confirmed with a grep for USE_SSL as well as "openssl"),
so we don't need this logic anymore.
Not included in the build (they were locked behind a SubIncludeGPL),
not really touched since 2007, and entirely supplanted by the
broadcom440x/broadcom570x drivers from FreeBSD.
Thus, BeOS compatibility is preserved (and there is no risk of
breaking GCC5<->GCC2 interoperation on hybrid builds.)
This commit only makes the actual change, the build fixes are
in the next commit.
Both the user-mode syscalls.h and the kernel-mode one define it
as an int32, not a time_t, and as it's a timezone offset not
an actual time, there's no reason it needs to be one.

As discussed on the mailing list. As it turns out, this was less
than half of an actual implementation of this macro, and there's
technically no way to implement it without introducing (theoretical)
race conditions, in the current design anyway.
Upstream libMicro builds and runs on Haiku with minimal changes now
(no recipe as it does not have an INSTALL mechanism). I submitted
a pull request with those to upstream, but for now you can get them
from https://github.com/waddlesplash/libMicro.
In its original state this code just forwarded all clipboard messages to the
focused view, which sometimes was a BTextView or the like which knows nothing
about Tracker's custom clipboard events, and thus would wind up in an infinite
loop.
Now, the messages are left to be handled by the focused view if a BTextView
is selected (e.g. in a file panel, or in Tracker's navigator), but otherwise
forwarded directly to the BPoseView.
