Philippe Houdoin 9eb55bc1d1 Forgot to update userland network versions of modules should now be placed in an 
obos_network folder, like kernel version, otherwise their module names root don't match
the NETWORK_MODULES_ROOT ("obos_network/").

Philippe Houdoin ce5d0dee99 Ooops, Francois Revol's floppy driver is supposed to target R5 kernel, not yet OBOS one. 
Commented out OBOS kernel build rules, and now build for R5.
NOTA: It's a PIO-read-only implementation currently.

Philippe Houdoin c9d4838a87 Move to Jamfile build system. 
Fix warnings that now show up,
Define a new string_token type, used stack-wide, and make net_attribute_id a string_token.
Store layers packets type/subtype as string_tokens, improving performance in
send_up()/send_down() matching layers lookup process.

Not built as a kernel module yet, as it's currently implemented in a quick and hacky way.
In future, a real slab allocator will be implemented.

Philippe Houdoin 9e4f133fe8 Signaled sockets forward a signal to their server counterparts, 
which interrupt the server's socket thread, deleted when the socket close.
IPC message trace now reports message name instead of hexa opcode, which
increase a little their usefullness for an human reader :-)

Philippe Houdoin ed25e621ce Disable build rules to install net drivers into ~/config/add-ons/kernel/drivers/*, as 
it can conflict with current ones installed on the build platform, which is bad (tm).
Thanks to Andrew Bachmann to report this issue.

Philippe Houdoin 9af57a10a9 Now private sys/socketvar.h header is no more included. 
Non-clean hack: include os-specific OS.h to get sem_id and thread_id types defined.
Should clean up this whole file one day, thought.

Philippe Houdoin eb8b30128e Add new control_net_module_args to global stack_driver_args union. 
Report this change in the stack driver code, to keep consistent
code.
TODO: Implement NET_STACK_CONTROL_NET_MODULE in net_server_driver.c too!
