François Revol 33fa38c894 Avoid using the first physical page. The first 2kB are supposedly protected by the hardware (though it should be accessible by supervisor...) This fixes an segfault. 
Now the kernel panics in M68KAtari::InitTimer()... "WRITEME" :)

r27530 - allow faults with ints disabled if there is a handler
r27648 - call the end-of-interrupt thread callback
r27718 - add <asm_defs.h>, not used yet
r27722 - register the commpage as image and symbols (but we don't use it yet)
- remove dupped call to thread_get_current_thread()
- use 16MB iospace for now, 4MB seems too small.

François Revol 68776e7d42 Sanitized version of my ATI IXP fix. This one checks for host bridge PCI ID so it shouldn't harm other machines. Works for me (cold boots ok). This should fix bug #2342. Please test.

- remove multi_audio commented code
- don't connect in ctor, but in Node::Connected(), this way it doesn't hang up everything on startup even if it's not the selected system output.

François Revol 6a5919034d This makes the FileMapDisk code work. zbeos can now locate an haiku.image embedded within another one as BEOS/IMAGE.BE (that's just for testing, it will be used with FAT or ISO9660 later on). It starts to boot the kernel but crashes later, it will need an fmap driver anyway.

François Revol 150b5ae01f - don't movem a7, it's the stack pointer. the cpu saves it for us before processing exceptions. 
- push the address of the iframe before calling the C handler.

- rewrote early_query() to use the TT0 mapping to remove the page_hole stuff.
- fixed natfeat, using a page set up from the bootloader for now as it wants physical address. At least it's enough to see from the debugger:

François Revol 8881176ff3 A module that hooks into the debugger to provide it with a demangle() so at least when using C++ in the kernel stack crawls are meaningful. 
It does its job by using part of libsupc++, with fake malloc and friends to make sure it won't double fault.
Works here, but cp-demangle must be extracted by hand from the lib, can't get the rule to work as I want, Ingo ?
Maybe using it directly without malloc hack would be ok with 16KB buffer, but I'm not sure of that.

François Revol 9f8e918d80 The .dynamic section should be both part of the data and dynamic segments! 
This makes the kernel loadable by the bootloader, which does load it, and all the modules \o/
