- added destructor that deletes the mouse bitmaps
- the invalidated region in Pulse() is now large enough
- it's now completely independent from the image in MouseBitmap.h - just
put the correct images into the resources, and update the bitmap creation
and it'll work
- it's now always working correctly (even visually) if one or both bitmaps
are missing.

The mouse view code is now much cleaner and more generic.
Fixed all known remaining bugs.

Removed all code that now belongs to the MouseView class.
Moved some member variables into the private section.
Removed now unused variables.
Now overloads GetPreferredSize() with something useful instead of just

Renamed focusMenu to fFocusMenu, and mouseTypeMenu to fTypeMenu.

Reverting to the original (on load time) settings is now done in the
MouseSettings class, not MouseWindow anymore (updating the MouseView
is temporarily disabled).

Joined the BoxView and the MouseView classes together - their separation

- removed InitCheck() as it doesn't serve any useful purpose (if the
settings file is corrupt, the application should not fail anyway;

- added the possibility to read/write a settings file that's incompatible
to R5 to store all possible mouse mappings (not activated, though). We
should probably better save all mappings at the end of the file for
compatibility.

Added support for halting and resuming a device; the driver will close the underlying
file as long as the device is halted, so that other applications can access the file
(files set to uncached cannot be opened anymore). A device is resumed when you install
it again - note that the device might have been closed in the mean time, so it's
not guaranteed to return the same device.
Now returns a valid icon.
Removed unnecessary comments (this is no driver writers tutorial).
VIRTUAL_DRIVE_GET_INFO now also indicates if the device is halted or not.
Made the ioctl() calls more save by adding some sanity checks (magic value and
structure size).
Minor style changes, renamed device_info.opencount to open_count, added the "s"
suffix to static global variables (virtualdrive_name -> sVirtualDriveName, ...).
Fixed a possible bug: the file is now set to uncached after it has been resized;
it might not work the other way around.

never closed old file - with BeOS, it would only get deleted if the server
would be restarted... good for disk fragmentation etc.
Also, renaming failed if there already was a syslog.old file - it's now
removed first.
Furthermore, the first time the syslog was opened, its size was not checked,
the first output always went through.

The LOG_MASK() macro is now used correctly.
The non-standard LOG_PERROR is always visible in stderr as well (in BeOS,
so we copied it). Added a newline for stderr output.

cmd_help() is now able to print out help about the specified command
only - it will also print out all aliases of that command. Reduced
the distance between the command name and its description; NULL
descriptions are now also allowed.
There is now a find_command() function that's used throughout the
module. Like in the Be debugger, it will now also accept partial
matches, i.e. "co" will most probably match "continue" (as long as
there is no new "co*" command added by another component). It will
first try to find an exact match, and only if that failed it will
search for a partial match.

Disabled dbg_get_serial_debug(); it's only used temporarily in the keyboard
device (and I removed its usage there, too).
Added "continue", "exit", and "es" commands as in the Be kernel debugger
(they will all exit the debugger and try to continue normal kernel execution).
Reordered the sources so that public kernel API is together.
Added a _user_debug_output() syscall (not yet activated) which dumps to the
kernel's serial output.
