Ingo Weinhold 1f293937f5 extended_partition_info: changed partition_code to uint32 and added a field file_system_flags. Added a parameter partitionMapName to get_nth_partition_info() for getting the identifier of the used partition module.

Ingo Weinhold 9bfac2505c To remove empty and comment lines from the Jamfile cache sounds like a nice idea, but it fools the line counter and thus makes error and warning messages a quite confusing.

Ingo Weinhold dd9f80626c * Removed invocations of SetupIncludes for the unit tests and removed the 
`-nostdinc' flag from the CCFLAGS and C++FLAGS in R5Objects. The R5 tests
  must be compiled with the system header.
* Introduced SetupR5Includes which simply clears HDRS.
* Fixed rule Filter.
* Removed some unnecessary `""' in CCFLAGS and C++FLAGS assignments.

Ingo Weinhold 1607957935 * Documented the class. 
* Added helper methods and rewrote Remove() to take advantage of the fact
  that the event list is ordered.
* Introduced a termination flag to shutdown the thread as early as
  possible.
* Event::Do() get a pointer to the queue as parameter.
