Stefano Ceccherini dace9db1ef Patch by Andrea Anzani for some visual glitches: 
- separation lines weren't drawn correctly if the CLV was scrolled horizontally.
- in some cases, when unhilighting an item, the item itself werent' 
drawn correctly.

Stefano Ceccherini 9f0ebbfcda Call Window()->Show() in DetachedFromWindow() only if we were dragging, thus correctly mirroring what done in AttachedToWindow(). This caused the empty menu window in deskbar (trac is down, can't remember the right bug number), but I don't know why it happened only in haiku. Maybe in beos the looper->Lock() call never succeeded, due to slightly different locking strategy ? Axel, could you review this change ?

Stefano Ceccherini 08d9291667 removed now unneded extra Draw() call used as a workaround to broken 
scrolling.
Menu attached to menubars now use scrolling if they are opened near the 
bottom of the screen (just like in beos). I'm not sure if this is so 
nice, though, so it could be reverted. Patch contributed by Lucasz 
Zemczak

Stefano Ceccherini e0fcf72ae0 Fixed some semi-random crashes in deskbar and tracker caused by the new scrolling code. patch by Lucasz Zemczak. Also now the menu tracking function checks the result of the userdefined tracking hook, thus fixing bug #938

Stefano Ceccherini f7ee8c0d1c Removed bashisms from build_haiku_image, thus fixing part of bug 931. 
There's still some weird output being printed, but building the mime 
database now works under dash too.

Stefano Ceccherini 262fc9994c Moved PictureTest to its own folder, added some more files (WIP and not

Stefano Ceccherini 8cafa544f6 Made the PictureTest more useful: now it displays 2 views, one which 
draws some stuff directly, the other draws the same stuff using a 
BPicture. This shows that BPicture doesn't support BShapes yet, and it 
has some problems with pen size.

Stefano Ceccherini 575a68b317 Implemented BTextView::HideTyping(). Now it will display B_UTF8_BULLET 
chars instead of the real text if this option is enabled. Note that 
there are problems with the text width, i.e. the calculation is still 
done with the "real" chars, leading to text corruption.

Stefano Ceccherini 3a70724f43 Finally nailed that bug which caused text not to be drawn in some cases... OffsetAt() was returning 1 instead of 0 if you clicked on an empty BTextView due to a bug in NextInitialByte() . Some cleanups

Stefano Ceccherini b6ba23596d if the acceleration factor was more than 0, the mouse could only be moved every other pixel. Fixed (thanks to Jonathan Thompson for his help finding this). Axel, wouldn't it make more sense to move the acceleration computation to the input server, so it doesn't have to be implemented by every input device ?
