Added sanity to the C++ ABI hack. If we aren't using GCC 2 or mwcc, we clearly don't care about binary compatibility, so there is no point in using the BC shim.

Finally, finally fixed the IMAP zombie chain bug. OpenSSL, as it turns out kills whatever your current thread is if you try to deallocate a connection on an invalid socket. Without saying anything. Which is annoying.

Made PPP state detection work on BONE. This was the last nonworking MDR feature after the import, so Haiku mail daemon builds should now be fully functional with or without SSL and with or without BONE. Yay.

Imported MDR. Some code still not entirely functional -- I haven't been able to figure out how to detect SSL, so IMAP and POP have it turned off. PPP auto-detect is also not functional at the moment. Other than that, it seems to work beautifully. Packaging will come later.

Eliminated the huge bugs caused by replacing thingy[0] with thingy[1]. Replaced small_data_start with an inline function SmallDataStart() that knows how to pacify mwcc. Should have negligible to no impact on x86 performance.

Bunches of changes to make mwcc like the code. I also coded an _atomic_set() and _atomic_test_and_set() for PowerPC. Of course, there's already one in the kernel tree, but mine's better. :P Now builds (and works, after a fashion) on R5 PowerPC.
