Michael Pfeiffer e72d32c89b * The printer driver API does not provide a way to inline printer or transport add-on specific settings in the dialog. Therefore removed detail sections. Closes ticket #1013. 
* Made window resizable.
* Code style changes.
* Moved code inside MessageReceived into several methods.

Michael Pfeiffer 24a0bfcb01 Fix bug #1004. The directory B_USER_PRINTERS_DIRECTORY does not exist in 
haiku.image. It is now created when print_server or the Printers preflet
is started.

Michael Pfeiffer fcccd8b759 Some printing related improvements: 
* libprint based drivers can now show a preview window and show progress
  window while printing contributed in part by Hartmut Reh.
* Libprint and PCL6 driver bug fixes.
* Code clean-up (removed code duplications, coding style, copyright text)

Builds under Linux. Not tested under BeOS.

Michael Pfeiffer f598815a9e Changed display mode settings of resolution 1920x1200. The reduced pixel clock is required by some monitors to display a sharp image. Michael Pfeiffer 3963402ca5 Fixed selection handling bug if zoom level is not 1.0. Zoom factor has to be calculated in Setup() otherwise the selection rectangle uses the wrong zoom level. 
Bug was introduced in revision 19253. 
@Ryan: Can you please verify that this fix does not introduce another bug?

Michael Pfeiffer d9f6762d46 Integrated "resize" feature from Zetas version of ShowImage, however used our bilinear scaler instead of Zetas implementation and made ResizerWindow font sensitive and removed the radio buttons with predefined sizes. Kudos to Bernd Korz for providing the ShowImage Zeta source code under MIT license. 
Moved menu item "As Desktop Background" into "Image" menu from "View" menu. 
Removed unused metod ShowImageWindow::Zoom(...).

Michael Pfeiffer ee47c06033 Set protocol class in PCL6 header correctly (untested; hopefully this does not break anything). 
Rewrote description of protocol classes.
Set 300 DPI as default resolution.
Uncommented protocol class 3.0 as driver does not support any new features of it.
Removed second enumeration ProtocolClass from PCL6Cap.h; it is already declared in PCL6Writer.h.

Michael Pfeiffer 2e86189f50 Added color dithering to reduce the size of data to be sent to printer by about 800 percent. 
Added Add Printer dialog that allows the selection of the protocol class.
Made some features dependent on the chosen protocol class.
