Matt Madia b8c41a1ad8 Applied a patch by Ingo, to strip the debug info from optional packages. 
To note, the reduction of block size from 2048 to 1024 was not applied.
Introduced a new build variable HAIKU_STRIP_DEBUG_FROM_OPTIONAL_PACKAGES,
which will allow users to enable/disable that functionality. In the
alpha-* and nightly-* profiles, it is enabled. Reduced the image size
for alpha-* to 690M. The size for nightly images was left untouched.

Matt Madia e5d153befb Updated most of the HAIKU logo graphics to have the registered trademark 
symbol. Deleted some versions, which used non-standard glyphs. These
appeared to be older versions, which are not in use.

TODO:
 * update docs/[userguide,welcome]/images/logo.png
 * generate new boot splash header files
 * deploy new images outside of repository

Matt Madia 0d9f404f3f stippi+mmadia: 
Updated the logo to include the registered trademark symbol, ®.
About the positioning:
 * vertically aligned with the top of the glyphs (excluding 'A')
 * horizontally aligned with the rightmost edge of the yellow leaf.
There are some unnecessary layers, which will be removed in a following commit.
This is a first commit of several, in which all graphics in the repository will
be updated.

Matt Madia 0fdf2b41aa Some cleanup. Removed 'alltests' as there are no other references to its 
dependencies. Commented out GLInfo from OpenGLKit as it was removed in r33115.

Matt Madia 0f34168808 Fix linking from net to network. This allows 'doc_files' to build, but other 
issues remain:
 * Man2Doc1 outputs 'macro "" not recognized -- ignoring'
 * docbook crashes

Matt Madia 1974e33826 * More work relating to supporting multiple localized targets in the same 
directory. Introduced a new variable HAIKU_MULTIPLE_LOCALIZED_TARGETS, which
gets set in any Jamfiles that contain multiple DoCatalogs invocations. This
removes the need to supply folder parameter to DoCatalogs.
 * Add the DoCatalogs invocation for filepanel.
 * Relocated the catkeys for Screenshot and screenshot into their respective
directories.

Matt Madia 85cf9e37d6 Updated DoCatalogs rule, to apply a grist based on the target's signature and 
not based on the automatic path-based grist. This (in conjunction with passing
a value for the 'folder' parameter) allows multiple targets within the same
source directory to have their own catalog files.
Fixes #6741.

Matt Madia 80ad173e89 Introduced a pseudo-target "catkeys", for building all of the localized 
applications. The eventual goal is to have jam package a catkeys.zip,
which can be provided to the application translation websites.
