The title of the (primary) window of (non-document) apps and preferences should be the filename of the executable. File and window names should be changed in tandem in the future. All IMO. Sorry, Marcus, for changing TV-O-Rama. :/ We may want to consider using more proper language, e.g. 'Screensaver' or 'Screen Saver' instead of 'ScreenSaver'. DeskCalc or 'Desk Calculator' should be just Calculator. We should avoid clinging to BeOS history, like with the name CodyCam, which hardly makes any sense anymore, even if you happen to be one of the few BeOS oldtimers.

Allow application signature as argument. If target has a replicant (e.g. ProcessController) give that precedence over desklink replicant.

Updated copyright years. Removed hardcoding of view color. Removed BDragger. Made desklink items use 32-bit icons, drawn with transparency. Made settings file name match the new app signature. Renamed volume replicant's menu items Media/Sound "settings" to "preferences". Made --help actually helpful. Replaced old style copyright header in iconfile.h.

Keeping track of versions of preferences is overkill for simple applications IMO, but the logic in PCApplication::ReadyToRun() needs this, or else the BAlert pops up on every launch. I think this could be rewritten/simplified.
