Rewrote audio decoding to provide timing information

that is used to sync with video.
Separated audio decoding and playing into two threads,
the same applies to video decoding and playback.
This was inspired from code written by Stephan.
Added video decoding and display, added play/pause/stop.

Fixed the savety check to actually work.
...
Made sure that fDisplayMode is not modified if fAccSetDisplayMode failes,
as on my system fAccGetDisplayMode did return values that would crash
because of a virtual_width beeing 0.
Generally, this whole class is pretty broken, as the functions modify *some*
class member variables before eventually failing.

Removed mouse polling, there seem to exist way too many broken mice for this to work relyable.
...
Reworked interrupt handler calling, and added a data history.
Hotplug support will later be implemented using interrupt data.

- made 'active' variable volatile
Bugfixes:
- fixed deletion of mouse_device from fDevices list when the object is deleted.
- removed deadlock from RemoveDevice
- call UnregisterDevice from inside RemoveDevice
- terminate devicer watcher thread on read error
- skip "serial" directory always
- close file handle when initializing device watcher thread fails

- keyboard_device now frees device_ref.name by itself when it's deleted
- made 'active' variable volatile
