beveloper a4c97c95ce Fix the problem that resulted in a invisible shell on my system. 
We were disabling the PCI to PCI bridge which is the connection
to the AGP port on my system, and made an error when trying to
enable it again. Fixed now!

beveloper b055a362cb PCI configuration space read/write of 32bit never worked. Fixed. 
PCI configuration space read/write of 16bit at offset 1 never worked. Fixed.
Added warnings for unsupported PCI configuration space read/write offsets.
Fixed numerous bugs in PCI Capabilites detection code.

beveloper 2b48bdcef9 Correct the bus number that is assigned to pci-pci bridges. 
Now finds PCI cards connected to second pci-pci bridge on my motherboard.

beveloper 279d2a69e9 Because of the two cascaded PICs, we can't allow to ever diable IRQ 2. 
arch_int_init has already enabled it, and enabling it again is never a problem.

beveloper e5dc2d93a3 Adding suport to see warnings at compile time. 
I'm not sure if this is added in the correct way, please fix it.
As many files generate warnigs, it's inactive by default.

To compile with enabled warnings, execute jam like this:

$ WARNINGS=true jam

beveloper 0022ddd9d6 Adding the multiaudio driver header. 
It was available on request from Be, after they had introduced the API
in a newsletter article. You did not have to sign an NDA to get it, but
it was never included in the BeOS distribution.
