Bruno G. Albuquerque 3fbb09f87f - Cleaned up soeveral Copyright strings.
- Shuffled the resource app_flags entry as it somehow fixed corrupt version/description;icons for several files here. It seems this entry must be the last one before the icons.

Bruno G. Albuquerque 7676dedf57 Fixed live query notification for new files being created. It seems using Inode::GetName() in the middle of a transaction is not a good idea.
Axel, can you check if we really need to keep the old code there as it is now or if we can
completelly remove it? I think we can but maybe there is some case I did not consider.

		// We have to special-case the name attribute here because
		// Inode::Getname will return NULL as we are in the middle
		// of the transaction at this point when a new file is
		// created. We just use newKey which happens to contain
		// the new file name anyway.
		//
		// TODO: Check if there is any sense in leaving this if
		// statement as it is or if we can completelly remove the
		// original code.

Bruno G. Albuquerque 96c52f75e4 Another small fix for Dano/ZETA compilation. Why is it Haiku does not seem
to need stdio.h for printf/fprintf?

Bruno G. Albuquerque d4af15a04b Now the spam filter works with BeMail. In any case, checking if the user has
the Spam Filter enables on any of his accounts does not seem to be a good way
to determine if we should show the Spam icon or not. Maybe we should check if
the Spam Server is available?

Bruno G. Albuquerque 4e936bb759 Now when BFS_REPLACEMENT is set, the name used for the add-on is "bfs" instead
of "obfs" (thanks Ingo). Also, changed the destination directory. It was formelly
"beos/system/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/bfs/" and now it is
"beos/system/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/" (as it should be).

BFS replacement (will report itself as "bfs" instead of "obfs". Is there a
way to change the add-on name based on the same define?

Bruno G. Albuquerque fbe89ed67b We forgot about the B_MIME_STRING_TYPE when creating indices and the BEOS:APP_SIG index was failing to be created. It looks the registrar calls the index creation with that type although it is not directly available in the command line tool mkindex, for example.
