Alexander G.M. Smith 45bfb95c2a Truncate overly long URLs to the maximum word length. Convert Japanese 
periods to spaces so that more "words" are found.  Fix UTF-8 comparison
problems with tolower() incorrectly converting characters with the high
bit set.

Alexander G.M. Smith 69135e1c54 Added better tokenization so that HTML is parsed and things like tags 
between letters of a word no longer hide that word.  After testing,
the result seems to be a tighter spread of ratings when done in full
text plus header mode.

Alexander G.M. Smith 9c91a5f9d6 Now compiles for both Haiku and R5 targets. Also bumped the version 
number to 3.0.3, just in case we want to do a new release soon with
this slightly better working version.

Alexander G.M. Smith 7f9c73dbd5 Updated mail libmail.so compile and IMAP add-on to use the new build system 
and work under both R5 and Haiku (didn't test Bone/Dano but they should work
too).  Still have SMTP, POP3 and a few other things to fix up, but ran out
of time again.

Alexander G.M. Smith 47a6a63e35 Need to convert text/html to UTF-8 too, not just text/plain. So that 
the spam classifier can handle those Russian HTML only spam messages.

Alexander G.M. Smith 7235a5a7dd Turn off the drafts live-query menu update when viewing existing e-mail 
messages.  It limits the number of open windows to an annoyingly small
quantity and makes opening mail files slow.  That's because EACH window
starts up a bunch of queries to find drafts, one for each disk volume.
Comments about design alternatives to this kludge welcome.

Alexander G.M. Smith 770fd09b6e Half way through adding some more BeMail related utilities - they use 
libmail.so which isn't backwards compatibile so they need recompiling
for Haiku - thus better to include them here.  Also want spam levels
of 1E-6 to be visible for genuine messages.

already reserved by a domain name squatter.  Use "spamdbm" instead.
