Marcus Overhagen a21a8b1324 Changed the way how the mouse interrupt handler works. 
It will now first assemble a complete packet, and then write 
it into the ring buffer. This way, the last packet can easily
be dropped when the ring buffer is full, and we no longer 
need to flush an old packet from the queue (which could lead
to strange effects when handling the remaining packets in the
queue). Also fixed the bug that the semaphore was released 
despite nothing was written to the ring buffer when it was full.

Marcus Overhagen 794df3bf25 This removes the inline assembly code for find_thread 
from OS.h, sorry for triggering a complete rebuild.
To avoid doing a syscall for find_thread(0), the assembly
version is now in libroot. For BeOS R5 compatibility, 
_kfind_thread_ is retained. This will fix some compile 
problems, and provides a cleaner OS.h for future Haiku
versions.

Marcus Overhagen 366fdcdfbb Fixed build of libgame.so on TARGET_PLATFORM= dano or r5 so now 
we can build MediaKit (which requires replacing libgame.so) for
targets haiku, r5 and dano. For building on Zeta, use platform dano.

Marcus Overhagen 0d1adad317 Media Codec API just got a visit from the coding style police. 
We now use "const" for the chunk buffer pointer returned by GetNextChunk,
because the buffer is not supposed to be modified by the codec.
size_t is used for the size where applicable. This matches BMediaDecoder.

Marcus Overhagen d6b7468f0f Added Support for new Intel ICH6 chipsets (confirmed to work in ICH4 mode). 
Corrected device ID of AMD8111 chipset, should work now.
Added more device IDs taken from Linux driver (untested, but should be similar to ICH6)
Note: ALI chipset ID is not enabled yet, as it needs a different interrupt handling.
Cleaned device probing up a lot. This is now much simpler, and has less verbose debug output.

Marcus Overhagen c26b5613f9 Fixed some IRQ sharing bugs. There may be more that are still undetected. 
Unfortunately, IDE in compatiblitiy (non-native) mode doesn't use IRQ sharing.
