Matthew Wilber 239f85ff46 Beginnings of refactoring. Removed unnessecary member variables, removed commented out code, renamed some member v 
ariables to meet style guidelines, fixed icon repainting by moving icon drawing to its own BView class. Still need
to check for more unnessecary member variables, fix more style issues and resolve behavior differences between the
 Haiku and Be versions of this preference panel.

Matthew Wilber a689e076c3 "Fixed" BTranslatorRoster so that it no longer stores the list of translators backwards. This is the order that applications assume, so this must be done to prevent inconsistent behavior between the R5 translation kit and the Haiku version.

Matthew Wilber 9f33f8e014 Disabled support for grayscale images with bit depths less than 8. This is because libpng does not support these images when it does gray to RGB conversion. Will need to enhance libpng or add workarounds to PNGTranslator to fix this issue.

Matthew Wilber 023968853e Changed to ignore dubious values in the fileSize and imagesize fields. These fields are not needed in the actual decoding of BMP images anyway. Some Windows image viewers are equally forgiving with these fields, as there are programs that write dubious BMPs.

Matthew Wilber 61ac0c3523 Changed GetAllTranslators to generate the list of Translators in the same order they were read in (instead of the reverse). This should cause the list of Translators in the DataTranslations pref and in Save As submenus to be in the same order as when using Be's version of the Translation Kit. Also changed the Translation Kit version string calculations to match those for the Translators. So, for R5, the version string becomes "Translation Kit v5.0.0" instead of "Translation Kit v12.8.0", which is what Be's version does, but doesn't appear right because it doesn't match the calculations the Translators use.. Note that the version number is still the same, only how it appears in the string is different.

Matthew Wilber 3b5dd3bc32 Fixed LoadTranslator so that Translators won't be added to the roster if there is already a Translator loaded that has the same filename. Now Translators in /system/add-ons/Translators will not be loaded if there are Translators with the same names in /home/config/add-ons/Translators.

Matthew Wilber e17553b84d Fix for blank PNG images appearing in QuickRes. Apparently, when QuickRes asks for headerOnly, it really means that it wants the entire image.

Matthew Wilber e108d38cc1 Made translator able to tollerate interlaced PNG images that error in the call to png_read_end(), but have image data that is valid. This was the problem that prevented programs like BeBattle and Eric's Ultimate Solitare from working with the OBOS PNGTranslator.

Matthew Wilber 8fc7439cef Changed BMPTranslator to be less picky about the msheader.imagesize value. It now accepts the value if it is not less than the minimum possible imagesize.
