Michael Pfeiffer afa7938a8d - Cleaned up usb_printer driver. 
- Fixed issues sending data over USB bus (actually write data when
requested to; increased timeout when writing data).
- Added usb_printer to build and Haiku image.
- Sending data to printer over USB bus works now in Haiku (cat ... >
/dev/priner/usb/0). Not sure if it works when printing from an
application as I don't have a driver that supports my printer yet.

Michael Pfeiffer 56cd7d5c50 Added Print folder to user settings add-on folder. Some third party

Michael Pfeiffer 85e4dd94e6 Using libprintutils.a init|exit_tranport symbols were not part of the add-on. 
For now copied PrintTransportAddOn.cpp from kits/print into each tranport add-on folder and use that instead.

Michael Pfeiffer 7aafe66984 As reported in ticket #2477 the fix in r27149 does not work for NTFS partition. 
Now all partitions are bootable that do not contain a partitioning system.

Michael Pfeiffer 7b1c4ba38f * Always draw entire ColorWell to avoid flickering 
* Moved ColorWell infront of ColorPicker. It was hidden behinde the attribute list.
* Made ColorWell and ColorPicker follow its parent frame bottom when resized.
* Made attribute list follows its parent frame top and bottom when resized.

Michael Pfeiffer b5c0078dc0 * Used wrong argument order for pixelChunk and rowAlignment in get_pixel_size_for(), so bitmap comparison was wrong for a color spaces with bytes per pixel != 4.

Michael Pfeiffer 20ab5edbe9 * In BeOS R5 BListItem::DrawItem frame.left is always 0 regardless of BListView origin or update rectangle. This fixes the horizontal scrolling bug in FlattenPictureTest application. 
* When the list is scrolled horizontally ScrollToSelection() resets the origin x-coordinate to 0. When using the keyboard to move to the next or previous item this is not desired. Now the x-coordinate is not changed from its old value anymore.

Michael Pfeiffer 4352fc9187 Bug fix: The calculated day of week is based on a week that starts on Sunday, in a calendar with Monday as week start this number has to be adjusted in case of a Sunday. It would be 0 but should be 7.

Michael Pfeiffer 88321c8cd5 Prepared bootman to boot from other than the first drive. 
The ioctl B_GET_BIOS_DRIVE_ID still needs to be implemented.
Only partitions from the first drive can be added to the boot menu, until B_GET_BIOS_DRIVE_ID is implemented.
Fixed bug calculating the offset of the first partition. off_t is a signed type, the fact? that Be FS is a 64-bit filesystem, lead me to the wrong assumption that this is an unsigned type :-(

Select default item at start.
Added timeout handling.
Don't switch to graphics mode, stay in text mode instead. Graphics mode led to display issues with lilo.
Reverted order of text color like it is in original bootman.
Fixed bugs.

Michael Pfeiffer 80339607f9 Get first and last page from job settings instead of print_file_header. In print_filer_header first_page is an offset into the spool file (the field is unused or reserved on BeOS R5 and is always -1) and page_count is the number of pages in the spool file. In the job settings first/last page is the page number of the first/last page as specified in the page setup dialog.

Michael Pfeiffer 5d632c2aba - Fixed HW cursor issues: 
- in order to set cursor position SVGA_CURSOR_ON_SHOW has to be written to register SVGA_REG_CURSOR_ON. 
  - do not use alpha cursor because it does not support inverting of source pixels.
- Fixed wrong usage of if-statement inside switch-statement
- Sync at end of SCREEN_TO_SCREEN_BLIT so that app_server does not write to frame buffer while accelerated operation is still running.

Michael Pfeiffer afc8f551f8 Bug in app_server prevents text drawing inside clipping region. 
Don't constrain clipping region until bug has been fixed.
Printing to Preview printer driver works now again from StyledEdit.

Michael Pfeiffer 1623ec9289 Bug fixes: 
* origin is given in "outer" coordinate system therefore if there is a
 previous state it has to be transformed. Please review if this is
 required in OffsetOrigin() too.
* in Transform() we have to scale relative to the view origin not (0 /
  0).

- optimized SetScale: saved one division

Michael Pfeiffer c9c4a80aaa Added testSetOriginAndScale as a use case for a rendering bug. 
It seems scaling ignores the origin.
The test does not fail, but the rendered image is wrong.

Michael Pfeiffer 820f5fa5a5 Undo last change (Search spool folder by name stored in attribute 
'Printer Name'). In other parts of the print_server we had assumed that
printer spool directory name = printer name. So the change broke some
things.
