Matt Madia f4eb5cf7e1 Process the sub-jam's opt packages before OptionalBuildFeatures 
Several build features (including a future patch for WebKit)
are enabled only if a respective optional package is added.
Prior to this, none of those build features could be activated
in a sub-jam process.

Matt Madia a8c2e97934 Removed dead code. 
As the downloadable files are now hosted on haiku-files.org and the user is
presented the Intel license at the beginning of the script, the  function
OpenIntelFirmwareWebpage is unneeded.

Matt Madia 925dd7cd99 Ensure that bash's mkbuiltins won't pollute HAIKU_TOP. 
Introduces a commandline option to specify the filename of the
temp_struct_filename, allowing the buildsystem to place it on the same volume
as HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR. Fixes #6746.

Matt Madia 743d0826f7 Updated the cert package, to one with a date stamp. 
The haiku-files.org cron script will create a new package only when the cert
has been updated. An email will inform me of such an update.

Matt Madia bff40a31c1 Updated WebPositive. Supports common/data/ssl/cert.pem 
This package contains only the app + libs. The certificate file
is satisfied through OptionalPackageDependencies. The bookmarks
have been moved (and updated) to a separate archive.

Thanks Rene Gollent and Chris Roberts for the help!

This group of changesets should close #7707, though it is possible
that other optional-packages, pre-built software will still fail to
locate the certificates file in the new location.

Matt Madia 94c3d306db Created CARootCertificates, extracts to common/data/ssl/cert.pem 
Via a cron script, www.haiku-files.org will automatically create a new package
from http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem. This new package satisfies our
OpenSSL's expectations of where the certificate file lives. It also ensures
that new builds of Haiku will have the newest certificate file. As an example,
the cacert.pem included in Web+ was from Sept-2009.

Updated builds of Curl and Web+ to follow.

Matt Madia 81275d20c7 Utilize JAMJOBS (jam 2.5-haiku-20111222) in InvokeSubJam. 
Note:
As InvokeSubJam invokes a jam process separate from the first, JAMJOBS may
result in up to 2 * n - 1 jobs in total being run. While this is not accurate,
it is a better scenario than only a single job running.

Matt Madia b8c41a1ad8 Applied a patch by Ingo, to strip the debug info from optional packages. 
To note, the reduction of block size from 2048 to 1024 was not applied.
Introduced a new build variable HAIKU_STRIP_DEBUG_FROM_OPTIONAL_PACKAGES,
which will allow users to enable/disable that functionality. In the
alpha-* and nightly-* profiles, it is enabled. Reduced the image size
for alpha-* to 690M. The size for nightly images was left untouched.

Matt Madia e5d153befb Updated most of the HAIKU logo graphics to have the registered trademark 
symbol. Deleted some versions, which used non-standard glyphs. These
appeared to be older versions, which are not in use.

TODO:
 * update docs/[userguide,welcome]/images/logo.png
 * generate new boot splash header files
 * deploy new images outside of repository

Matt Madia 0d9f404f3f stippi+mmadia: 
Updated the logo to include the registered trademark symbol, ®.
About the positioning:
 * vertically aligned with the top of the glyphs (excluding 'A')
 * horizontally aligned with the rightmost edge of the yellow leaf.
There are some unnecessary layers, which will be removed in a following commit.
This is a first commit of several, in which all graphics in the repository will
be updated.

Matt Madia 50ca9a25c9 As per Ingo's comment 13 in #7286, removed support for isGCCAgnostic. 
There should be separate gcc 2 and gcc 4 packages instead.
