Stefano Ceccherini 8fbbd37f83 Added some code for notifying client BDirectWindows that the window was moved or resized. Currently commented because of other problems. Looks like the windows bounds are not changed if a MoveBy() is called before the window is shown. Removed unneeded includes. Small changes

Stefano Ceccherini 0c378a5714 Thanks to latest changes, BDirectWindow now draws something. Though, looks like either the clipping region is wrong, or the app_server overwrites what the BDirectWindow app writes.

Stefano Ceccherini ef06444893 Implemented basic server side support for BDirectWindow. It doesn't fill the direct_buffer_info struct correctly, it just sends B_DIRECT_START/STOP messages on show/hide for now. Tested with dw_info

Stefano Ceccherini e4a11b6a77 When reading PHY regs over the i2c bus, the turnaround ACK bit 
is read one clock edge too late. This bit is driven low by
slave (as any other input data bits from slave) when the clock
is LOW. The current code did read the bit after the clock was
driven high again.

From OpenBSD (from FreeBSD).

Stefano Ceccherini 7089b0e3dc If a filter was added to a handler which belonged to a looper, the filter's looper was never initialized. BHandler::SetLooper() now also sets the looper for every filter (moved from BLooper::AddHandler)

Stefano Ceccherini f939937950 Refactored BButton::Draw(), fixed some small glitches, visible when the focus was changing. Moved drawing of the focus line to its own method. 
Patch contributed by Ivan Tonizza.

Note that BControl::IsFocusChanging() seems to always return false under haiku.

Stefano Ceccherini 171f28336b The device name isn't allocated on the heap, so it shouldn't be freed. This also fixes the crash in case there is no serial mouse. Thanks to Oscar Lesta for providing the fix.

Stefano Ceccherini f353b33a85 MenuWindows seems to behave better this way on our app_server. We should either find the right flags/feel combination or test and implement support for kMenuWindowFeel within the app server.

Stefano Ceccherini 757ce6e540 Greatly improved BMenuBar::Track(). Now it uses a simple tracking loop instad of two nested loops. BMenu will follow, someday.

Stefano Ceccherini d039af7469 Reverted to the previous algorithm, which is just another version of the same one: they produce slightly different results, but this one should be faster as it doesn't use divisions.

Stefano Ceccherini 1f1ed1c62c Generate the inversion map. 
Note that the inversion_map and the index_map aren't the same as in Beos, due to bugs (or different behaviour) in color_distance.

Stefano Ceccherini aa6f42c954 DispatchMessage() is called with the looper already locked, so we call fLink->Flush() directly, which does not lock it again. Changed some TODO to be more informative, removed one.
