François Revol 3d5bdb8688 Added a keep_port_ownership driver setting for EHCI, to allow keeping devices on EHCI instead of giving them up to the 1.0 controller. 
Hopefully this will get things working here until OHCI is implemented.

François Revol 637cbfeeef Add debug output. 
Implement connect/teardown.
Added a workaround for BONE wanting to keep locked pages around when connect() fails (TCP teardown-> "trying to delete area in use!"). But doesn't seem to wait long enough.

François Revol 55b368036c don't provide get_vnode_name as we don't know how to do it. just set it to NULL and let the VFS handle it. 
This should fix oddities in Tracker.

François Revol c798dceb5a Add select() support for Dano & Haiku (someone will need to write tty bus manager). 
The supported devices list passed to the usb bus manager is now automagically generated from the other list so it's always correct (it was already out of sync).

François Revol 2b38f46d73 Not really a bug, but make sure the credits view doesn't overlap the other one by 1 pix on the left side. 
Make sure string views don't overlap the border (suppresses the flickering on uptime update, though it's mostly due to app_server being slow in qemu).
Add urls (in blue, but TextView isn't clickable yet...) for several projects.
Use B_UTF8_COPYRIGHT instead of "(c)".
Add obvious copyright text for several stuff (GNU libc, tools, bash, zip, bzip2, some libs... vim).

François Revol 44c1a9db62 Cleanup rdef 
Rewrote url parsing (unfinished)
Added several url types. Now it handles: ftp, sftp, telnet, ssh, finger, sh, file, beshare (to BeShare), mms, rtp, rtsp (to VLC). Some make probably more sense to add to the respective apps (BeShare, VLC...) but it's still handy for now.
Now please everyone go fix your apps to use generic url support instead of hardcoding http: :)

François Revol 50575d9edb An old tool of mine that handles several url mime types, allowing to redirect urls to commands line tools. 
Currently supported are telnet:, ssh: and ftp:. Now you should be able to click telnet://towel.blinkenlights.nl on a webpage or in Vision :)
TODO: Jamfile; handle ":port" in urls.
