Initialize the buffer.
Remove trailing newlines. Before, the dropped expression would
'scroll' out of view if it happened to have a newline at the
end.
Thanks to DeadYak for helpful input which pretty much changed
my original code about 98%...
BListView's property_info list lacked termination, resulting in
garbage output at the and of 'hey getsuites'.
Use { 0 } everywhere for sake of consistency.

Only using the keyboard navigation colour to indicate the current day isn't that
nice in all situations. When using custom system colours, like white on blue
for selected items, it can become barely readable.

* use bold type face for 'today',
* tint 'today's background (lighten for dark, darken for bright bgColor),
* use B_LIST_SELECTED_BACKGROUND_COLOR and B_LIST_SELECTED_ITEM_TEXT_COLOR
for the selected day,
* keyboard navigation colour only for the frame and text when doing keyboard
navigation

Among other fixes and more translations, there's now an "Import"
feature to merge in another catkeys file.
Handy when the en.catkeys changed and you want to import the translated
catkeys file for the previous version, which already contains the
translations for the strings that haven't changed.

I moved fExpressionTextControl->MakeFocus(true); down to when the

I've felt for a long time that the Desktop's background colour had to
be much too dark for the icon labels to switch from black to white.
I came to the new values by trial and hope nobody hates those now...
Needed a quick new release:
* Fix disappearing favorites.
* Add context menu with quick access to favorites and QuickLaunch's
"About" to Deskbar replicant.
* Updated localization and documentation.
* Tiny tweaks to the QuickLaunch icon.
fActiveSoundFont wasn't initialized when there's no midi_settings file.
Don't allocate it on the heap, the object get implicitely initialized to
an emtpy string.
Tiny style fix.

* Added a "Free registration" text file. As the user has to
re-register from time to time for some reason, it may be
easier to find the info in a text file in the app's folder
than looking into the decription of SynC Modular in HaikuDepot.
These are made from the sticker "haiku-sticker-3.5x2".

A "Haiku" text layer and a 1-pixel frame are on separate layers,
that are set invisible. Not sure if we should always show the "Haiku".
Looks better without in my opinion, but depending on where it'll be
used, showing the text may be desired...
When used for small logos, like 64px, simple scaling might not cut
it, and the yellow and orange "hills" need to be made wider.

As closest approximation to the font, I used FuturaExtended.
We should come up with a better motto than "Inspired by the BeOS".
One layer holds the reverse side with the QR code.
This corrects hrev50847. Turns out we need 8 lines for normal
files and symlinks, not 7. Fixes#13308.
The "Opens with:" label used the decreased font size set in
src/kits/tracker/InfoWindow.cpp:894. Increase font size by 2 again
for the label.
Sets B_DOCUMENT_BACKGROUND_COLOR for the comment text view.
The former B_PANEL_BACKGROUND_COLOR made it look un-editable.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to set the text colour to
B_DOCUMENT_TEXT_COLOR; it still uses B_PANEL_TEXT_COLOR.
Currently those are both black by default.
There are still a few instances left before closing #11689.
99% acurate recreation of the icons used in the Deskbar for hidden and
visible windows. Only the yellow tab is now a gradient. Should be invisible
at the relative sizes used in Deskbar.
I added 5 notification icons. They are flat icons that appear a bit bland at
larger sizes, but are nice when smaller like in the Deskbar or in lists.
