François Revol 0443cf316f changed the class VCButton to MediaReplicant because the Media preferences 
asks for that name when removing it, and the view name must match the class name.

François Revol 5622c96e08 - fixed a possible div by 0 
- don't let the volume knob move if the mixer isn't there.
- "don't beep" option
- other option: which gain to act on (mixer or phys output)
- now has a settings file
