François Revol 495efc382b loader: Drop the HashMap for partition lookup by id 
The HashMap constructor was called before the heap is initialized,
ending up calling malloc from the OpenHashMap constructor.

Oddly it was still working on x86 but broke other platforms.

Instead we add a Lookup() static method to Partition,
which by default walks gPartitions for the id,
and recursively calls itself on the children lists.

This means we must add a partition even temporarily to gPartitions
before Scan()ing it though.

François Revol 0fe022fd0d Add a little script to generate a montage of all icons 
This needs the 'montage' command from ImageMagick.
(it will install it with pkgman if missing)

It first uses 'translate' to convert Icon-O-Matic files to PNG,
then makes a montage with the icon titles.

Run it from the top source folder under Haiku, it might take a while.

François Revol b211592822 zipomatic: notify an error when /bin/zip is missing 
Since zip has been outsourced, it's possible to loose it when
upgrading, in which case ZOM went busylooping without noticing the
thread actually never started.

At least now it says "failed to create the archive".

Maybe it should try to install zip?

François Revol 5c2425a61e PPC: fix COFF bootloader entry point 
The concept of entry point in COFF is actually different than in ELF.

In COFF, the entry point is actually a "descriptor" (pointer) to the actual
start code. So we patch the entry point address when calling objcopy.

Now my old Performa 5400/180 actually starts the loader correctly \o/

It seems like glibc also has paths.h and m4 fails to bootstrap
without _PATH_BSHELL.

This file really needs some cleanup btw, since most is actually
irrelevant or incorrect for Haiku.
