Matthew Wilber 023968853e Changed to ignore dubious values in the fileSize and imagesize fields. These fields are not needed in the actual decoding of BMP images anyway. Some Windows image viewers are equally forgiving with these fields, as there are programs that write dubious BMPs.

Matthew Wilber 61ac0c3523 Changed GetAllTranslators to generate the list of Translators in the same order they were read in (instead of the reverse). This should cause the list of Translators in the DataTranslations pref and in Save As submenus to be in the same order as when using Be's version of the Translation Kit. Also changed the Translation Kit version string calculations to match those for the Translators. So, for R5, the version string becomes "Translation Kit v5.0.0" instead of "Translation Kit v12.8.0", which is what Be's version does, but doesn't appear right because it doesn't match the calculations the Translators use.. Note that the version number is still the same, only how it appears in the string is different.

Matthew Wilber 3b5dd3bc32 Fixed LoadTranslator so that Translators won't be added to the roster if there is already a Translator loaded that has the same filename. Now Translators in /system/add-ons/Translators will not be loaded if there are Translators with the same names in /home/config/add-ons/Translators.

Matthew Wilber e108d38cc1 Made translator able to tollerate interlaced PNG images that error in the call to png_read_end(), but have image data that is valid. This was the problem that prevented programs like BeBattle and Eric's Ultimate Solitare from working with the OBOS PNGTranslator.

Matthew Wilber 30060f173a Changed Full Screen menu item shortcut to Alt-F and added BWindow shortcut for Full Screen using Alt-Enter so that Windows users can use the familar Alt-Enter and Be users will be able to use the familar Alt-F (MoviePlayer, ImageViewer).

Matthew Wilber 1f62b22aa0 Changed Cut behavior to match Be's version so that if the user Cuts a selection before moving it, the selection is cut, and a white rectangle is left in its place. If the selection is dragged before the Cut command is used, a white rectangle is not drawn.

Matthew Wilber 8ad30bcf80 Added code to merge selection with background image; removed Select None item, replaced it with Clear as Select None was behaving like Be ShowImage's Clear anyway; properly enabled/disabled Edit menu items when selection is made or cleared. Matthew Wilber 9eec20bc4a Changed fpBitmap to the more Be-ish notation of fBitmap, added code to allow the user to drag the bitmap selection around like in Be's ShowImage. However, no changes can be made yet to the underlying image. Need to resolve resize flickering of selected image and allow the user to modify the underlying image.

Matthew Wilber 0e93ae51e9 Drag selection code can now move the selection inside the view, fixed selection drag code so that unwanted MouseUps don't affect the selection box movement. Though, drag selection code is not done yet, it is not yet copying the bitmap from where the selection was dragged from, it is just moving the selection rectangle. Dragging a selection to outside of the window still works the same.

Matthew Wilber d5be31007e Fixed caption hiding method so that whenever any kind of scrolling is done, the caption is hidden in full screen mode. Previously, the caption would only hide during click-and-drag scrolling and using other scrolling would cause the caption to be painted in various places on top of the image.

Matthew Wilber ee727d5674 Added a setting which allows the user to ignore alpha data from TGA files. This is necessary when TGAs are created from certain programs that lie, saying they have an alpha channel, when they actually don't. Also, fixed usage of alpha data from color mapped TGA images. Some images were misread as having an alpha channel when they didn't, and some images were misread as not having an alpha channel, when they did.

Matthew Wilber 73e65d4da8 Changed TranslationUtils' manor of handling relative paths to match how Be's TranslationUtils handles them. Before, relative paths had the current directory as the base, now, relative paths use the folder containing the running application as the base. This issue prevented programs like Eden from loading properly with the OpenBeOS Translation Kit.

Matthew Wilber 0a3144ad6b Changed selection box to use a checkered pattern, closer to what Be's ShowImage uses. Stopped using inversion to clear old selections, drawing the bitmap over them instead. Fixed the rect used in setting the view bitmap.

Matthew Wilber e789715f25 No longer returns B_NO_TRANSLATOR if it suspects the data is not text data, instead, it returns B_OK with a low capability rating. This is so that STXTTranslator can be used with OBOS StyledEdit

Matthew Wilber ab361b2efb Changed identify string to include index of identified page and count of pages so that even when this translator is used with programs that don't support multiple pages, the user can see how many pages the TIFF has and what page is currently active. Also, fixed issue when ioExtension is supplied, but does not contain "/documentIndex" which caused B_NO_TRANSLATOR to be returned.
